Questions about your order

Question: When can I expect my order?

Answer: The average delivery time is 10 to 14 days.

 

Question: The expected delivery time has passed, what is the status of my order?

Answer: In 99% of cases orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, it may happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

Have you not received your order 3 days after the scheduled delivery date? If so, please contact us.

 

Question: There are products missing from my order.

Answer: If you have ordered multiple products, they may be shipped separately. There is usually a difference of 3 working days between the first and second package.

 

Question: What are the shipping costs?

Answer: We will pay the shipping costs for your order.

 

 

Questions about returns or exchanges

Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Answer: Yes, you can return any order within 14 days.

 

Question: I want to return an item, what should I do?

Answer: Go to our exchange and returns page. There you will find a 4-step plan for returning your order.

 

Questions about your Track and Trace

Question: Where can I find my tracking code?

Answer: You can find the track & trace code on the confirmation page of your order. Have you lost the page? Then send us an email and we will send it to you manually.

 

Question: The tracking code does not display any information, how is this possible?

Answer: Once your parcel has arrived at the mail-order company, the tracking information is available. Please note that there may be a delay in between.
