Exchanges and returns

If you have received the wrong items or if the items you have received are faulty, please email support@coboco.uk to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition.

Upon return, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that have clearly been used, opened or are not in their original condition.

Procedure for returns

  • Download, print and fill in the return form if you do not already have one. Request the return form using the form below.
  • Email your return form together with a photo of the products you wish to return to support@coboco.uk.
  • After approval, make sure your return is well-packaged and meets all the conditions below.
  • Clearly state ‘Returned’ on the outer packaging of your parcel.
  • Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking details to support@coboco.uk.
  • Enclose your goods and send them to the following address:

 

Return policy and guidelines:

 

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packed so that they are not damaged in the post.
  • Please ensure that all returns are sent via a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return.
  • Make sure the return form is approved - without approval, your return cannot be processed.
  • Promotional items cannot be returned.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

 

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Please include your order number, email address and reason for return.

 

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the

the return form. Make sure to include a track-and-trace code with the package.

As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings to

arise.

 

Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount on your bank account

As soon as we receive the parcel, we make sure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account

into your bank account within five working days.

 

Step 4: Send us the Track & Trace code of your return shipment by e-mail.

 

No Track & Trace = no return

If you do not send us Track & Trace, we cannot accept the return.

 

We need to be able to verify that the parcel has arrived and been sent.
